James Clapper to Sen. Inhofe: Obama's nuclear disarmament plan is "news to me"

Sen. Jim Inhofe questioned National Intelligence Director, James Clapper, about a recent AP report that says the Obama administration is weighing options for sharp new cuts to the U.S. nuclear force, including a reduction of up to 80 percent in the number of deployed weapons.

"It's new to me", said Clapper.
